Don't you have some sort of police complaints commission? That cop would probably have served time here for negligent discharge of a firearm.
He certainly would never have been able to serve as a cop ever again.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.
