You can put up bad court decisions all you like, but some people aren't all about the executive interpreting the law and taking money based on those interpretations. Checks and balances and all that.

And you can put up any court decision at all and you don't convince me that the court was right about any damned thing. They usually are wrong.

Criticizing the Executive overreach I get. I agree with all that. But this happens to be one of precious few explicit powers of the Executive. He commands the Army and the Army's job is to secure the border from invasion. This is his job!
