We need this part of the government to work accordingly,
It is. Grudgingly slow and deliberate.
with being a lifetime appointment these seats can't be corrupted by failing health, mental or otherwise.
You talking about judges or Seal Team Six? Cause uh what?
This is a position that dictates what happens with the rest of the country, if you reduce the ability of said entity, it may as well be a lame duck.
That maybe a sad truth that but that is not the court's problem nor are they the cause of it. I wish the court was more of a lame duck.

You talking about a government entity with the reverence and ginned up importance of a liberal. It's like listening to English Flaggot drone on and on about the Bureau of weights and measures. Your tits, calm them.

When things are coming down the pike that can dictate if we stay a Constitutional Republic or a Bananna Demoxracy, I’ll insist a broken cog to be replaced accordingly.

I've highlighted the problem for you. The court was never meant to have that kind if power, and should not now have that kind of power. The country was not meant to be governed by 9 unelected dictators.

But that is what it's become because Congress and the president have not reigned in the judicial powers, and visa versa. We have not had a true check and balance system in place for well over almost half a century now.

After an ailing Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg missed oral arguments, the Trump team began early groundwork for another potential confirmation battle.

Maybe they can figure out a way for her to vote and ask questions at oral argument via facetime or google hangouts or something.

The technology seems pretty reliable.
