Inside Facebook's 'cult-like' workplace
- where dissent is discouraged and employees pretend to be happy all the time

~More than a dozen former Facebook employees detailed how the company's leadership and its performance review system has created a culture where any dissent is discouraged.

~Employees say Facebook's stack ranking performance review system drives employees to push out products and features that drive user engagement without fully considering potential long-term negative impacts on user experience or privacy.

~Reliance on peer reviews creates an underlying pressure for Facebook employees to forge friendships with colleagues for the sake of career advancement.

....that’s basically every corporation.
Well, in that case, Facebook is great.

I don't really believe that most corporations rely on peer reviews, do you ? If so, show me some evidence.
Facebook is just leading the way, by formalizing the existing political process.
SJWs are a natural consequence of corporatism.

Going by what? Market cap, total assets and cash on hand, or just revenue? Also, adjusted for inflation? I'd imagine if you adjusted for inflation, the largest corporation in human history was the East India Company.

In terms of men employed it is the Indian railway.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

WTF
You stated Facebook's work atmosphere is like every other corporation with peer reviews. Then you said they are leading the way. Which is it ?

If you are just like everyone else, your not leading the way.
