We'd like to think the taxpayers, but is it? I'm really surprised how many people don't think the school has a responsibility to protect students in their care.
Hey, did you guys see the cop that killed the chihuaha ? No shit, shot the little bastard and its on video. Sounds like the cop feared for his life, so ya know.

Question, is that ex-cop still allowed to possess firearms?
