12. Gandhi 1982. Great movie about an evil guy
I know you are trying to be edgy but I'd like to know why you use the word evil to describe Gandhi.
Dumbest thing ever said on the MHF is a well-contested title but I think you may be in the running.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Like a lot of similar characters in history, his leftist PR is opposite the truth.

Evil is a strong word.
Anyone going to back that up or is it just crass hyperbole?

Huge racist and sexist. I would also point out that "nonviolent resistance" is fucking retarded, and if it actually works, then the people you are targeting are probably good people.

Ask yourself how nonviolent resistance would work out against Nazis or the Taliban.

No fucking exploding cannon balls or cannon bores you can fit a man in like the idiotic Pirates movies. The 2 stars are miscast IMO, but you can't have everything. The ca 2000 TV films of Horatio Hornblower starring Ioan Gruffudd are pretty good too, and lets not forget the whole series of TV movies starring Sean Bean as Richard Sharpe.

Did Gallipoli and Breaker Morant get mentioned? The former is by the same director as M & C, Peter Weir.
I like Peter Weir. Mosquito Coast is also good. Never seen Breaker Morant.

Master and Commander should have been included in my OP original list. That is a large omission on my part.

Gandhi recommended that the Jews use nonviolent resistance to defeat Hitler. Not that he had too much of a problem with Hitler. Gandhi had a huge mancrush on him. I don't know if he was evil (certainly not evil in the Way Hitler or Stalin were), but I'll say this, the more you learn about these leftist sacred cows especially civil rights leaders, the more their shine gets taken off. To be honest, out of our civil rights leaders here, I have come around to liking Malcolm X far more than MLK the commie plagarist.

Woodrow Wilson is my favorite example of the above. When BLM started protesting Woody and Princeton I was like, Right ON! But they snuffed that shit out quick. They did not want anyone having a serious discussion about the true Woodrow Wilson.

I am no fan of Wilson or the Progressivism he spearheaded. We are still reeling today from that bullshit both domestically and in his foreign policy.

No, they were trying to get his name and face removed like Confederate statues.

The Lefties shut that shit down fast. I don't know what kind of deal was made, but Woody is still safely revered at Princeton and the Blacks ? Went back to the plantation or something.
