As far as your point about Nazism being uniquely evil given that time frame, I get what you are saying. I just think it depends on how you look at it. 15 million in less than 4 years is obscene. The fact that it happened under Lenin shows he should be shortlisted for one of the biggest pieces of shit of the 20th century and probably all time. Something like 10% of Russians died from the Civil War and Famine. To put it into perspective, I think 1.8% of the Spanish Population died during their civil war. For the Russians during this time, this was a uniquely horrible event, probably the worst one in their history (maybe worse than the mongols idk the numbers for that). If you are Jewish, the holocaust is obviously the most uniquely evil as something like half of Europe's Jewry was murdered. If you are a Don Cossack, obviously Lenin is in a class of his own, because his leadership systematically starved and murdered 7 out of 10 of them. I just reject this popular idea that the Nazis were worse.

Hitler's Germany killed about 12 Million people... Stalin's Russia killed over 20 Million... numbers reached up to 60 Million in some reports...
The holocaust was six million, and the starvation of POWs was another five. Then we haven't taken into account the number of deaths from the war itself. Hitler's Germany killed way more than 12 million people. And they did it in a very short time.

Stalin's Soviet have killed a lot of people too. Holodomor: 3,3-7,5 million. Great purge: 600 000 to 1200 000. And we get a lot more if we add the famines that came as a result of mismanagement. And the forced resettlement programs, appropriation of farms, and many more. In total, we could assume around 4-9 million people died as a cause of Stalin. And that's absolutely insane, and not a lot of people are aware of it. The absolutely highest number people talk about are 20 million, but then famines that really weren't the fault of the high command comes in. (No, not the Holodomor, that was really caused by Stalin, but the one in 1932 is a lot more nuanced, same with the one in 1947).

But Hitler's Germany still wins the asshole category. Six million jews, everyone knows that. But then there were 3,5 Soviet POWs starved to death. Just these two events, and Hitler is taking the lead on Stalin. And we haven't really added in enforced mass starvation starvation of civilians, or the death toll of the war in general yet.

Hitler did in three year, what Stalin used thirty to do. And there's no indication he would've stepped of the gas pedal if he'd gotten more years, quite the opposite.

Hitler's Germany:

Now for Stalin's Russia: 20 Million+

One million imprisoned or exiled from 1927 to 1929, falsely accused of being saboteurs or members of opposition parties.

* Nine million to 11 million of the more prosperous peasants driven from their lands and another two million to three million arrested or exiled in the early 1930's campaign of forced farm collectivization. Many of these were believed to have been killed.

* Six million to seven million killed in the punitive famine inflicted on peasants in 1932 and 1933.

* One million exiled from Moscow and Leningrad in 1935 for belonging to families of former nobility, merchants, capitalists and officials.

* About one million executed in the ''great terror'' of 1937-38, and another four million to six million sent to forced labor camps from which most, including Mr. Medvedev's father, did not return.

* Two million to three million sent to camps for violating absurdly strict labor laws imposed in 1940.

* At least 10 million to 12 million ''repressed'' in World War II, including millions of Soviet-Germans and other ethnic minorities forcibly relocated.

* More than one million arrested on political grounds from 1946 to Stalin's death in 1953.

People are counting the WWII deaths because people say that he purged pretty hard during WWII as well, hence the people were forced to the front line to protect the "motherland".

The death penalty in England is reserved for those who do not have a Q'aran in their home, or people who say bad things about Stalin. I've heard that if a transvestite with HIV propositions you for sex in the United Kingdom, you can serve 5 years in prison for a hate crime if you do not swallow his semen and fondle his balls while sucking his cock. Your wife can be charged with a separate hate crime if she refuses to video tape the event and put in online. These laws are mainly hypothetical, because no UK citizen would pass up on this fellatio opportunity, to show how tolerant and openminded they are, and would gladly perform any and all acts the tranny suggested, all while kneeling East toward Mecca. The EU also has strong laws condemning people who resist these forced homosexual actions.

Just roll over now UK and turn you country over to the Muslim extremists. You're already lying face down on the ground holding the white flag.

If those stats are anything approaching accurate (*not saying your wrong) then that's pretty insane really. I mean the Spanish Civil War like most Civil Wars was absolutely brutal so for the Russian one to be statistically even more so that saying something for real.

10 mil dead from civil war/grain requisitioning another 5 from the subsequent famine. This was during Lenin years, not the Stalin one. And yes those numbers are accurate.

Not having gunfights in a bowling alley. One of the reasons Europe is boring...
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.
