Pretty sure none of those guys grew up dreaming of climbing girders for a living. Can women handle it?

What's stopping you from getting it now? Are there a lot of female roofers your way? What about female loggers and fisherman?

I haven’t met many Central American women who are dying to lay roofs and that’s the local roofing demographic. Maybe they want to and can’t get the jobs, I don’t know. There isn’t any logging but some women own the local Christmas tree farm. Farmers work as a family- it’s not gender specific work. No fishing either, other than recreational. The park rangers are both sexes.

Yeah. That's the ticket. Millions of women want these hard, dangerous jobs, but nobody will hire them because patriarchy, so they just become single mothers and live off theft of men's income. It's men's fault.
