Why were the Danes so Quickly Defeated by the Reich?

Why Were the Danes so Quickly Defeated by the Reich in The Second World War?

Laziness, didn't want to pay their fair share of defense for NATO or previously WATO (World War 2 O)

A great historical poll to settle one of the biggest mysteries of WW2.

The Germans referred to Denmark as "the model protectorate." They were allowed to keep their mosques open, including the famous Masjid Al Faruq, where the Imam of Norrebro preached the need to destroy the Jews and it was every Danes' sacred duty to wage Jihad against Churchill and the Americans. The Danes heeded this call and began to help with the German war effort, baking pastries for the local SS officers and donating their gold and valuables to send to Berlin, and also collaborating horizontally with the Nazi soldiers. Without the efforts of these Danish muslims, Germany would probably not have been able to invade Russia in 1941 and the war might have even been stopped.

The Danish cheered as the German infantry marched through their streets, and most of them were weeping and donning sack cloth when the Germans left. It was a sad day for these collaborators. A sad day indeed.

Norway sends us a Christmas tree every year not Denmark you pillock.
Just the sort of geographical error I would expect from a dumb Canadian like yourself.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Careful now, that constitutes hatespeech. I'm not going to report you to the Ministry of Civility but watch that in the future.

Oh, you left out the best part.. we weren't simply the "model protectorate". Untill 1943, the German soldiers actually had a name for being stationed in Denmark, borne of the low risk of facing combat and that Denmark was a major food provider for the German military:

The Whipped Cream Front.

Well, you do produce a lot of bacon. Why do you hate Jews so much?

The Danes did well in WWII considering geographically they were F'd from the get go. A bunch of their Navy sailed to England and joined the fight and they had a pretty big resistance movement going on. Tons of intel was collected, sabotage and it forced the Krauts to tie up resources policing situation.

Please stop pushing offensive revisionist history narratives Carlus. The Danes fought on the Nazi side, and they had many devout muslims leading the fight. To say otherwise is Islamophobic.
