Not the case, in matters of international trade between labor pools, and you know it.
You are going to need to make a point if you want me to refute it.
Just pointing out your false equivalency between global markets and domestic labor pools.

Unless, ya know, you’re a globalist.
Still waiting.

That sound was the point, sailing over your head.

Under plans announced on Monday evening, the minimum wage will increase by €100 per month and taxes on overtime pay will be abolished from 1 January – several months ahead of schedule.

Mr Macron also said a tax hike pensioners faced would be scrapped as he tried to placate a growing number of protesters who present a increasing challenge to his authority. However, the former banker – who has been dubbed “the president of the rich” by his critics – refused to reinstate a controversial wealth tax on all those with assets of more than £1.1m.

The measures announced by Mr Macron to appease the protests will cost between €8bn to €10bn euros (£7.2bn to £9bn), a junior minister said after the president’s TV address.

France veers left in response to protests.
Happy now?
Worth the deaths, injuries and damage to private property?

Shouldn’t have had to get to that point, for a min-wage hike and a tax cut.

I doubt that will be enough to save him though.

Macron spoke to his petty subjects sitting in front of a French Flag and a looming EU Flag giving promises

France's President Emmanuel Macron has promised a minimum wage rise and tax concessions in response to weeks of violent protests.

France has seen four weekends of violent protests against fuel tax rises, living costs and other issues.
Speaking in a televised address, Mr Macron condemned the violence but said the protesters' anger was "deep, and in many ways legitimate".

The minimum wage would increase by €100 per month from 2019, he said.
A planned tax increase for low-income pensioners would be cancelled, overtime pay would no longer be taxed, and employers would be encouraged to pay a tax-free end of year bonus to employees, he added.

However, he refused to reinstate a tax on the wealthy, saying "this would weaken us, we need to create jobs".France's President Emmanuel Macron has promised a minimum wage rise and tax concessions in response to weeks of violent protests.

Yellow Vests respond
'A charade'

In the northwest, at a roundabout at the end of the A28 in Montabon, near Le Mans, "yellow vests" gathered under a heated tent to watch the president on TV, sharing a picnic.

"Too bad, blew it again!" exclaimed Etienne. "Santa Claus has nothing in his sack," laughed Hubert.
Over in eastern France, at the Cafe de la Paix in Commercy, about 15 "yellow vests" watched Macron's speech with a glass of Picon and a basket of fries, interrupting the presidential address with ironic sneers.

"Sir feels bad," Elisabeth, a 66-year-old retiree, said mockingly as the president acknowledged that he had "hurt some".

"It was about time," added Damien, in his thirties. "Liar," a woman shouted.
"He is being held hostage so he drops some crumbs," said Jonathan, a 35-year-old official.
In the southern commune of Realmont, "gilets jaunes" from all four corners of the department of Tarn gathered at the roundabout to heave a sigh and release nervous laughter.

"The people asked him to resign and he puts plasters on third-degree burns (...) this is total rubbish," said Pierrot, an RSA artist in Albi.

Probably not and the result of that will be a lurch further to the left when Melanchon becomes the next leader.
So street violence wins concessions to the left and a probable return to a socialist leadership and policies.
Well done, the Bolsheviks have kicked out Thatcher through violence and left you with Kinnock and his outdated, proven to fail, Socialist policies.
Have you ''given it to the man'' enough yet?
Do you still think burning cars is better than the ballot box?

Oh yeah, added bonus, the riots still won't go away because you've proved they work, you've stopped any chance of the economy recovering and doomed any chance of life getting better for the working class.

Shooter in Strasbourg kills two at Christmas event - motive is "unclear" but the shooter is identified. No name or pic released yet - any bets?

If this is a durka durk - yellow vets may turn into yellow jackets. Immigration from Africa is a major complaint of the "movement".

Good stuff, of course, it will be derided or ignored because of the source but it makes many good points.
