Much of the money would probably go towards a pin the shit app, where the user makes a note of the geographic location of piles of human feces on the street for govt workers to clean up much like in San Francisco. Of course, this app would be better, because it allows the user to also note the color of the shit, to make sure the homeless are getting the proper nutrition in their diet.

On Thursday, the Washington state Supreme Court unanimously struck down a proposed county initiative that would have allowed voters to decide whether to ban public funding for safe-injection sites.
