Not sure. I think their general strategy to destroy parochial schools is to simultaneously deny them public funding while driving up school taxes so high most people cannot afford to both pay the taxes and the tuition, and because taxes in general are so high for the single mother welfare state that parochial schools have trouble collecting charitable contributions.
This is another reason I am now utterly convinced we must shut government schools down, period. Pass an amendment that forbids the government from getting into the education racket if necessary. Shutting these mind cancer factories down is the most important step in rescuing civilization from the left.
Just shutting down the government schools and ceasing rewards for single motherhood would go a very long ways towards reversing the tide.

Once you scrap single mother welfare and disincentivise people from having children you are going to run into the demographic problems Japan is dealing with.
Either you support mother's or you import labour.

For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Monty is right about that. Even with these incentives we would have a birth rate issue without immigration even right now.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Mon Nov 19, 2018 9:59 amOnce you scrap single mother welfare and disincentivise people from having children you are going to run into the demographic problems Japan is dealing with.

Re: Europe, Boring Until it's Not
Our birthrate is garbage because we penalize families with bad tax policies, use the taxes to subsidize the demographic invasion by illegal immigrants, and then throw the remaining funds at single mothers to raise legions of criminals and drug addicts. We flood the labor markets with immigrants, offshore many of the jobs overseas to slave labor, and thus decimated real incomes for going on twenty years now. People are struggling to get by, making it difficult to choose to have children in the first place. Meanwhile, dindu illegals are coming here, living off the grids, not paying taxes, making bank, and then getting subsidies to produce offspring.Viktorthepirate wrote: ↑Mon Nov 19, 2018 11:01 amMonty is right about that. Families should be incentivized rather than disincentivized. Immigration has to be stopped for a long, long time and illegals kicked the fuck out.

It will stop when the money runs out - you'll be hungry too....and so will your "neighbors"....Marxism is a death cult.
Keep pushing taxes up....do it...force people to choose between paying their mortgage and feeding their kids...maybe then we'll get some push back.

Sure, you have to support all parents if you want a stable population.nmoore63 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 19, 2018 12:17 pmSingle parenting destroys society.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Mon Nov 19, 2018 9:59 amOnce you scrap single mother welfare and disincentivise people from having children you are going to run into the demographic problems Japan is dealing with.

Let's face it though, more father's abandon their children than mothers do.
Scrapping welfare for single parents is just going to result in more abortions and fewer pregnancies.
