(Not a lawyer, I'm sure Fife will be along to tell me that my opinion is nonsense without explaining why.)
Well that's kind of rude.
It's not how I meant it. It was intended as a joke. I was merely poking fun at the way you usually engage with me. You call me some synonym of idiot, and tell me I'm wrong, without any information as to why. If I ask, you either ignore me or tell me it's obvious.
I'm one of the minority of people who is interested in a wide variety of opinions. I'm one of the minority of people who changes their minds as new information comes to light, so I've always been confused by that. It just is what it is. No worries; it was a joke. I've gotten used to it.
Why are all the Gods such vicious cunts? Where's the God of tits and wine?

The real shame is that Trump is too dumb to handle Acosta on his own; it would be a most glorious triumph.
Trump isn't up to the task.

It's getting to the point where we need to seriously fuck with the judiciary.
If I were the president, I would ignore that judge's order. It is illegal and unconstitutional.

A couple of things. What is civility week and are you perceiving me to be uncivil?
Second - Since the president has no constitutional obligation to talk to the press, why does a court get to decide who gets to be in the entirely optional press room? This doesn't make sense to me.

hey kath my comment wasn't directed at you, moreso the general tone of the forum i've noticed over the last few days. i could be wrong. civility week was an experiment last month or so where everyone (no one) tried to be civil, not sure if you were browsing the forum that week
also i could be wrong but i think the judge order was only to temporarily reinstate the press pass. like i posted a page or two ago, removing a press pass (apparently) has to be done through some sort of a process, not through a post from the press secretary on twitter, so this all might just be a temporary fix to ensure the full legal process? idk

Yeah, Fife's not weighing in, so I'm not clear why the court should have any right to direct the president to talk to anyone. They have no constitutional authority to force a press conference. If I were Trump, I would just not do any more press conferences until he gets this cleared up.

It's likely a liberal court. They feel it's their mission to do what they "feelz", not what the law says.
