I've always been fascinated by the history of the domestication of horses and dogs. But especially dogs. I love them and I'm actually writing a novel on the idea of Paleolithic man with a wolf turned dog etc. Theres not a lot factual information out there really and this leaves room for artistic rendition. Anyway enjoy this flick.

Another great idea, turned Hollywood garbage.

Its quite possible to make a big main stream blockbuster film that has high levels of artistic merit. Don't believe me? Watch Transformers Dark Side of the Fallen. It is the 7th film in the franchise but the storytelling is so strong that you don't even need to watch the first 6 to understand the plot. Talk about a home run!

I think it was counterfeiting, it's been so long since I've seen it. I just remember taking a chance on a movie I new nothing about, boy was I pleased with the choice.

Watched "Tricky Dick and the Man in Black", a little documentary about Johnny Cash playing for Nixon in the White House. Pretty great stuff in there.

Outland was a good remake of High Noon. Now I feel I need to watch it again.
