All the people who've mysteriously "found" new ballots should be fired and never allowed to work another election in any way. The ballots should be disallowed as their is no valid chain of custody.

Period. End of story.

It's not even Miami. For all of it faults they don't seem to fuck up elections like this. Miami Dade complies with the law. Only in Florida can the actual city run shit on the up and up but the suburbs be shady as hell.
