Time Zones
There isn't really a point to having them anymore. Like daylight savings time they were just created by the greedy agricultural lobby. The thing is, it is 2018. No one farms anymore, especially in America. Most farmers are app designers at this point so we need to stop creating artificial distinctions between different parts of America. This election has shown there is already enough division in this country, and politicians feed the flames by separating Americans into different times. Its stupid. We are one country, and there isn't a difference in time when you travel to different parts of America. If there were, then HG Wells scifi novel would be a documentary. Get rid of this shit seriously.

There's an official Bill floating around somewhere that will be voted on is the majority of EST states sign a petition to do away with DST.

I love how some person in Congress can decide when it will get dark, or that some region is three hours behind another region. A sort of modern day Sykes Picot if you will.
They aren't fooling anyone. We know what time it is.
They need to pass a bill that not only sets a standard federal time for every state, but also does not affect the amount of sunlight outside. If its 6pm in Florida, then it should also be 6pm in California, and they should legally have the same amount of brightness outside from the sun. They are literally stealing time from you and me by doing this weird shit. Why?

The extra daylight is needed for the solar panels. It's all part of the climate change hoax. Light is stolen from you and sold off cheap to globalists.heydaralon wrote: ↑Tue Nov 06, 2018 1:22 pmI love how some person in Congress can decide when it will get dark, or that some region is three hours behind another region. For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

I would prefer not to expand the power of the defense lobby by militarizing time. I'm talking to you about time on a peaceful human level.Zlaxer wrote: ↑Tue Nov 06, 2018 1:19 pmUmm----that what Zulu time is?heydaralon wrote: ↑Tue Nov 06, 2018 1:16 pmThere isn't really a point to having them anymore. Frankly we should just get rid of time all together.
Then no one would be out of time, no one would need more time, and no one would be spending time they don't have.

That's a great point! How would you get paid though? I'm still on hourly pay, but usually salaries are based on a year. It will be tough, but I think a solution is to pay people based on how many retweets they get or likes on instagram. In a timeless future, we wouldn't really need money anyway, because as the saying goes, "time is money." You get rid of one and logically the other ones goes away too. Common sense really.
