I took some time last night and looked over the House Race, specifically toss up seats. Realclear politics lists 37 toss ups, statespoll.com lists 13, with the GOP currently holding a 216 to 206 lead. Meaning the DEMs need to win 12 of 13 toss ups.

I looked a the poll data for those 13 districts on Realclear. What I found is predictions are being made on very little data, all those seats had 1-3 polls in the last 2 months. I also found that in the bulk of those districts Trump won them by 5-15% pts. After I looked through them I left with the impression that of the 13, only 3 were definitely looking like DEM districts, I know my error factor in a cursory review of the data could be 50%, but regardless, I'm not seeing a DEM victory in the house very likely, and the potential for the GOP to pick up 3+ seats in the Senate is pretty high.
How many of those 13 are in California? Could make for some hot-assed TV around 7pm Pac time on Tuesday.
3 of the districts are in CA. I have just the Long Beach district going GOP. I'm guessing that nice little sea side community that depends on tourism is taking an economic hit from all the new Jerry Brown Taxes, and the loss in tourism. As it turns out, tourist don't like stepping in human feces or dirty needles while wearing flip flops.

FBI being deployed for monitoring polling places and ensuring vote integrity
https://bluntforcetruth.com/news/fbi-de ... integrity/

Is this something new, or is this typically done ?

No idea. I'm guessing voting while dead calls under the "intentionally giving false id" bit.
The real question given recent FBI history is: are they there to ensure integrity, or ensure the vote goes the "right" (left) way?

I was trying to find out whether the (on the ground) investigators and field agents in the FBI actually leaned toward Democrat or Republican. Didn't find any data that could shed light on that, but I found this:

https://www.npr.org/2018/01/26/58067774 ... -the-start
As a matter of reality, the FBI has been political from its outset. While it has always had an ethos of professionalism and objectivity and devotion to law, the people in charge of it and the people in charge of the administrations under which it has served have been as political and as partisan as it is possible to be.

One could say the idea of a federal agency that conducts criminal investigations has been political by definition, practically from its inception.
Fame is not flattery. Respect is not agreement.

Never heard of an “investigative” agency being pre-deployed for voting stations, but the government is probably taking any possible opportunity to assert authority at this point.

Now, we just need someone to shoot one up, and we’ll create a whole new TSA to grab your sack before you exercise your “rights”.
SJWs are a natural consequence of corporatism.

You would tend to thing that field agents would be more conservative and beltway administrators to be more Liberal, but who knows. The FBI likes to play impartial professionals, but as you cited, they have always been political. After J. Edgar Hoover died, their fix was to limit the Director position to 10 years, and ordered the agency to get cleaned up. There was a good show for a few years, then they went right back to SOP.

I did it...………. I turned on the corporate media and looked at their election map.

They say the House is sitting at GOP 235, Dem 193 with 36 Toss Ups.

WTF kind of math are they using that results in DEM control of the house ?
I keep hearing that the Dems are likely to take the House, what am I missing, because while it might be close, that math doesn't work out for the Dems.
