It was an anti racial stereotyping joke. Why would anyone get upset about that?

The target of Roseanne's joke was a black person mocked for looking like an ape (actually a person dressed up as an ape).

Fact is Roseanne and Meagan Kelly were both fired for violating racial politically correct speech. The small differences of the type of violation of the verbal code is insignificant. Point being, Hillary is protected and able to make these jokes without fear of retribution. The Left willing accepts different standards to protect people they like.

So you admit the target of Rosanne's joke was not "black people" but a person who happened to be black, and who in fact does look like a God damned Planet of the Apes actress, which has nothing to do with her race and everything to do with her unfortunate appearance.
