How does that work? You go to the restaurant, pick up the food, and deliver. I got a newish (70,000 miles) car in May, and one of the main reasons I am not ubering is because I'm trying to avoid putting wear and tear on the car. Additionally, Florida drivers are mentally retarded and accident prone. I guess they think having a license or insurance is optional, at least the ones who hit me did.

Do you get good tips? How is the pay in general?

Saturday night down town I got good tips. Usually in 8 hours I'll clear 75 bucks but a lot of that goes back to gas. I'm just doing it part time while my main gig gets going.
