If leftists had a sense of humor, they’d laugh at this clip cuz it’s funny.
Instead they’ll probably push for hate speech legislation and write a thousand headlines about Misogynist Trump.

I'm no fan of Sam Harris but he makes some good points here. Worth a listen.

i like sam harris but obviously as a lefty he doesn't address any of the inconsistencies in ford's testimony. i too thought he had some good points on human psychology and motivations but im not sure he swayed me from the innocent until proven guilty principle
again i hear the job interview argument, how this isnt a criminal procedure, it's a job interview. but then he talks about how kavanaugh perjured himself, which is a crime, correct? how are we supposed to separate a job interview from a criminal procedure when jailtime is on the line at the job interview?

"It's just a job interview. But if we find out you've lied to us you'll probably lose your existing job, face a fine and/or up to 5 years in federal prison. But other than that it's just like any other job interview."pineapplemike wrote: ↑Thu Oct 11, 2018 8:45 ami like sam harris but obviously as a lefty he doesn't address any of the inconsistencies in ford's testimony. i too thought he had some good points on human psychology and motivations but im not sure he swayed me from the innocent until proven guilty principle

I don’t like Sam Harris. His logic is flawed. His arguments are poor. How the hell did he get famous?! He’s a fucking nobody-done-nothing.
