I'm still not completely sure where I fall on this. It's certainly not in the "all men suck" camp and it's not in the "all women suck," camp. I offered my historical perspective, but I'm not clear on what this new generation wants. I think this happens every generation; the older peeps never understand completely where the younger peeps are coming from.

This shit about safe spaces and fuck men and all that? I have no time for that. I'm offended Carlus thinks I need a safe space. That says more about him than me.

I discuss this shit freely on the other forum, because there's far less assumption about my "hidden" meaning if I posit a thought. That's really not allowed here - if you aren't 100% sure of an opinion, one will be assigned to you.

Most of the people spouting the The Matriarchy BS don't even know what Marxism is. They certainly don't know where the lines are, only that they think tipping over the apple cart has a better chance of making their life better than it is now. Of course, us Patriarchy folks know that's absolutely wrong but everyone is the center of the universe, and there's no reasoning with anyone. At least here we use the same vocabulary.
