While what happens overseas is not our business, we certainly can regulate the amount of time workers are afforded bathroom breaks during a workday. I did not argue these practices currently violate a regulation. I argued that they SHOULD be regulated.

You are replying to an argument that some abusive practice should be regulated with a quip that they currently are not regulated so it's not a problem.

(2) Employers should pay their employees for their time starting from when they arrive at the workplace until when they leave the workplace.

There is nothing subjective about what I stated. It's an objective fact that Amazon has labor abuses that result in employees in several sectors having to shit in cans or on the streets. It is objective fact that Amazon forces employees to wait for hours without pay to go through some convoluted security system. These facts were even accepted by the Supreme Court when the Supreme Court gave it the "It's legal!!" stamp.
