Look at how many of these folks became famous. They plotted out their issue, and perfected it. Jordan Peterson, Simon Sinek and Candace Owens all did that. They are known for something. I don't think you are known for any particular thing. You need a catch, you have to be able to relate that in something like the 20 minute Ted Talk format.

The 100 Followers I have on Instagram are all bots (or prostitutes), and the majority of them came since I quit posting 18 months ago. If I posted something every day, I bet the bots (or prostitutes) would swarm in.

I've been thinking about this... (If it's real, I assume it is.)

Routine is comforting to humans, they get a dopamine hit from it. Sending out the same message every day (I wonder if it has to be an image) may trigger a dopamine hit in the Followers?

p.s. Would Followers I attract that way really be the kind that could propel my credibility?
