After reading a ton of stuff over the years I have come to the following conclusions.

1. The break between President Obama and the military began in 2011 with a number of issues.
- Regime Change in Libya
- Regime Change in Egypt
- Regime Change in Syria
All these were actions supported by Obama, the CIA and State Department, but opposed by the military which had just been subject to the brunt of budget cuts, then were told to increase their mission. Saying nothing of the wisdom of being involved in 3 new regime changes.

2. Obama's admin led by the State Department and CIA set up an arms smuggling operation out of Benghazi to funnel weapons to Syria. Military analysts had already identified the early organizational attempts at developing a caliphate(ISIS).

3. The final Break - Benghazi
Obama refused to allow the American Military to rescue Americans in trouble in Benghazi. The military purges began in ernest. Hundreds would be purged and then to add insult to injury. The military would be saddled with Social Justice policies.
