A - They knew politicians phones were already being hacked as a common practice

or B - They had a hard time hacking into Blackberrys for some reason.

I know Eric Clanton's name. Been following that story since it happened. He should go to prison for a long time, it's fucked up that he didn't.

Three years of probation is bullshit and it will probably just embolden others to do the same. They have the guy on fucking video, they also have all the stuff he was wearing that day as evidence because it was at his apartment. Whoever made that decision to offer that deal should lose their job. I wouldn't even offer a deal, just go to trial, make an example of him.
