No. Also, what kind of suit should I get? I have to go to court for a speeding ticket and I dont know my ass from my elbow when it comes to suits. It needs to match these bitching shoes.

No I'm going to get a nice suit and go to the European tailor. I dont know what the difference is but whatever. I'm putting my budget around $500 but if I knew what to look for I bet i could get most of it from a thrift store.
