The idea that America wasn't ever "great" or better than any other nation or most nations pisses me off. Its a guttural thing really. And it extends to Western Civilization/Christendom as a whole really. Its the juxtaposition of the West and the rest and the obvious conclusion that for 500 years we've had something going that is better than other bullshit out there. To deny that is ridiculous. The past roughly 5 years have turned me into a reactionary. No MAGA. Fuck bumper sticker Americana Republican bullshit. Reagan shouldn't get a pass for amnesty. I can only hope others feel similar and start circling the wagons.
