How many hundred times do you want to have the same debate?
Meh, I don't blame Democrat Loyalists and Sympathizers. If my favored side of the coin had that long a history of racism I'd probably try to hoodwink folks into thinking it was all the other guys fault too........ cause the truth ever gets out you're through. Basically you have to rely on hoards of uneducated urban poor that will buy you fantasies every election year.

Not my place for revisionist history. NY was my home in a sea of Rockerfeller Republicans who were replaced by Jerry Falwell and the moral majority.

I can also tell you that the sons of great politicians always have an axe to grind. One wonders what would of happened if the Supreme Court gave Gore the presidency instead of Bush the jr.

Algore would be taking a Victory Lap for fixing Global Warming

Seriously though, I'm a little into generational history theory as a supporting narrative of why shit happens. Trump is kind of looking like the 'Old Grey Man' if you are familiar with the 4th Turning.

And that’s a valid assessment as well. Do I hate Trump? Not really. But I couldn’t pull the trigger on Sanders or Clinton either.

I just wish that Trump would understand that all the tools are at his disposal instead of trying to go it alone.

His assessments were spot on with Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria. However once in the catbird seat he treats it no differently than his predecessors.

A coward is a coward is a coward in my book.

Trump is funner than shit. It's never been so exciting in my life dealing with politics. BJ Clintons got nothing on me.

As part of the generational theory it seems that governments need a change every 3 generations or so, about 75 years. We had Federalism from 1790 - 1860, then Republicanism to 1930, then Roosevelt Democracy, now Trumpism.

I think it's because when the big revolutions in a government system and they toss out the entrenched establishment; after 3 generations they revolutionaries are the establishment. And it's not just us. Look at Communism, you get about the same amount of time. But in that system there is no real way to reform it, the corruption is too powerful and too entrenched so you have to demolish it and start over.

Dude, we need to reelect Trump if for no other reason than to watch the democrats start committing suicide in despair.

I’m weary of revolutions. The amount of time energy and logistics it takes to tear down one era for an alleged America 2.0 could have been invested for a much better brighter future.

And since our government runs on a Swiss watch you wonder why rogue nations purposely start stuff in between presidencies?

Stop reinventing the wheel. The wheel works just fine.

We have to. We have to toss out the establishment. The Clintons, the Bushes, the Palsi's, the McCains. They all have to go, so we can rejuvenate. Need to prune the Republic. That means winning the Mid-Term and Trumpian Justice for a total of 12 years via the Pence replacement.

Ya know, we may greatly benefit from Mueller's Thug tactics. I think Trump is going to respond by Declassifying a Ton of Dirty Dealings from the Establishment.......... just out of self preservation.

I view it more as a FDR type revolution. Yeah, some entrenched business men attempted a coup but it really didn't hurt anyone and like FDR's policies or not he got us through the Depression and WWII even with all his Fuck Ups.

Carter was the most loved US President here in Sweden up till Obama. It is often said that he's done more good after being president than most presidents do during their term. It's hero worship.

Perhaps it says more about Sweden than Carter, but there it is.
