She had to pay him 380,000 to go away, how is that not coercion? You accuse her of making a 61 year old, rich, at the top of his game, man kill himself but she is unable to victimize a 17 year old young actor?C-Mag wrote: ↑Tue Aug 21, 2018 9:09 amThe kid prefers other males. It probably makes more sense to legislate 'statuatory rape' based on the age gap, rather than pretending that a 17-year-and-240-day person is a child, and 18-year-and-a-day can sleep with a 40 year old.

Society needs to demand Equal Justice Under the Law. Fuck our Feelz. Your a teacher and you have sex with a kid, that's rape, you lose your job and go to jail. End of story. I don't care what gender you associate with................... that needs to be the standard.pineapplemike wrote: ↑Tue Aug 21, 2018 9:17 am

$380K is a lot of coercion.

Because nearly all sexual reproduction on the planet is done at the choosing of the female. Males pursue, often to their own detriment, and females accept or reject the advance.pineapplemike wrote: ↑Tue Aug 21, 2018 9:17 amlawfully speaking im with you, im only asking why society views male rape differently than female rape. couldnt get an answer out of DSLC-Mag wrote: ↑Tue Aug 21, 2018 9:14 amWhether the boy wanted the woman or not............. we must have fair and evenly prosecuted crimes for everyone. you don't think there's a reason as to why society views rape by a man differently than rape by a woman?
When the female pursues, it doesn’t fit with our conception of the norm, so we have a very difficult time seeing it as a forced act. (And it often isn’t).
This is just another part of our society’s gender confusion issue.

It could just as easily be a shakedown by him, blackmailing his ex lover.
It could be that she simply wanted to hush him up, so she could maintain her Weinstein credibility.
There’s no evidence to convict anyone here, and he didn’t report it. I’m not saying she didn’t coerce him, I simply don’t know.

People like Flounder are the worst of the worst in that they will want to use the exact same crimes in the Catholic Church as a weapon against Christians, but then they will dismiss the same crimes perpetrated by female teachers. It's pedophilia when men do it, but when women do it everything's just fine.
These people are fucking lost, man.

Re: Teach Women Not to Rape
As I explained, sexual coercion by a female is simply not the norm in any sexual species. It’s a uniquely human concept, and one that’s hard to reconcile.
It’s certainly possible, but it will never be viewed with the same contempt as male rape, due to the size/strength difference, and ease of force.

They are lost. We support this shit by getting into discussions with them about specific situations. Our only response should be ................... Equal Justice Under the Law. Minors are Minors, Adults are Adults. End of Story. That's the argument and it is backed up by law, not feelz.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Tue Aug 21, 2018 9:30 amTheir double standards never stand up to scrutiny.C-Mag wrote: ↑Tue Aug 21, 2018 9:23 amSociety needs to demand Equal Justice Under the Law. no one is disputing the law you dorks, we're asking why society views them differently. thanks for the honest response GCF, though im not sure males pursuing females is the standard in all of the animal kingdom, i could be wrong. it certainly is in the human kingdom
