NXIVM's Bronfman accused of hacking now-deceased father's email
ALBANY — One of the federal criminal charges filed against NXIVM operations director Clare Bronfman includes an allegation that she hacked into her now-deceased father's computer between 2005 and 2008, according to records filed Friday in U.S. District Court in Brooklyn.
The disclosure was made in a 22-page filing submitted to the court by Bronfman's attorney, Susan Necheles, that outlined the details of a $100 million bond that was posted to secure Bronfman's release while her criminal case is pending.
Keeffe’s allegations about hacking of Edgar Bronfman’s computer are part of a litany of accusations she has made against NXIVM officials since leaving in early 2014. Keeffe was part of the litigation team that worked under Clare Bronfman, according to court records. She said she had fled NXIVM with the help of a State Police investigator who delivered her to a domestic violence shelter, according to court records.

Wait a minute...are you saying "it's only a joke" isn't a valid defence?
I know a Nazi saluting dog that disagrees with you.
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.
His joke was made to disparage nazis. Key difference.

Then the Nazi-defending British press harassed him right outside the courthouse only a few months before they defended locking Tommy Robinson in prison for standing outside a courthouse to cover a trial.

To prosecute Dankula they had to defend Nazis. LOL
That really was comedy, when you think about it.
Defend Nazis? How did you come to that conclusion?

It might be when some bloke teaches his pug to do the Bellamy salute as satire and silly shits like you say he should be in jail for making fun of Nazis and their stolen salute. Are you even aware of the history of that gesture?

Firstly I never said he should be jailed Kathy. I said he would likely be fined and considered it a valid idiot tax to levy.
Secondly it's cute that you think he was prosecuted for mocking Nazis. In fact he was brought to court for refusing to take down a video which contained over 30 repetitions of the grossly offensive question "do you want to gas the Jews"
