So does a private company have the right to withdraw services to whoever it wants or not?C-Mag wrote: ↑Wed Aug 08, 2018 9:53 pmThis Bill made it legal for Google, Twitter and Facebook to Censor people,

For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

That's exactly the point Matt discusses in this video.

I only have superficial knowledge of how the law works. But it looks like to me they made the internet more or less a public utility without talking to us about it. They have a Steering Committee ran by the Government with oversite.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Wed Aug 08, 2018 11:31 pm

You failed to answer the question.
Does a business have the right to refuse service or not?
Unless it refuses on grounds of race, sex, religion or sexual preference it can refuse service to anyone, especially when it considers that person to be damaging their brand.

It's a public utility with government oversite. Free Speech must be upheld. This is not about a mom and pop cake shop in one town. They are a regulated under US Law on the conduct and organization of business corporations, which are required to promote fair competition and access for the benefit of consumers. Furthermore, the US Government utilizes these digital communication giants.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Thu Aug 09, 2018 12:48 amYou failed to answer the question.

When they are almost solely censoring the free speech of a certain group it falls under illegal restrictive practices. More or less they are telling niggers they can't eat at the counter, it's only for elite whites.
So, NO, I don't believe this type of Censorship is Legal, nor should it be allowed.

It's not about the right to do it. They have it. The problem arises in the pandora's box they have opened. Once they appoint themselves the censors it is a shitstorm that never ends. There is a lesson in this and it comes in terms of you. Your whining bitch ass opened a Pandora's box that drove one moderator eventually crazy and the owner to throw open the doors altogether and run loose. Twitter has pretty much thrown up thier hands and said you are on your own. Pretty much what happened here. They gave into the whining bitches (you) once, it attracts the whining bitches to do more whining (check), they eventually give up and leave the bitches (you) on their own to act like the tough guy you are not to try to protect yourself from the consequences of bitches that we all know you are.Montegriffo wrote: ↑Thu Aug 09, 2018 12:48 amYou failed to answer the question.
