I think this was initiated by CalExit………………………… but they didn't pay the Tribal Leaders the respect to ask them first.

CalExit plan.............. to give Federal Lands to Native Americans.
Note: First you gotta get the Feds to give lands back to states.

Now lets look at all the Federal Land in California

You see how the Lefties are Fuckin over the Red Man AGAIN. They are not giving up all the coastal forests, they are not giving up all the beaches, they are not giving up Big Sur or Golden Gate Park. Nope, pushing the Native Peoples to back of the bus.

Is this a sign that the polarization is intensifying.

Fuck. We really need to figure out how to gaslight Californians into secession before most of them flee and export that cancer everywhere.

But as far as Texas. LOL. You are hopping from the frying pan I to the pot with that move.

Hey AB, how much red tape would you have to go through to get an AC unit installed on a house in a major California city?

Well, you'd definitely need a building permit and any other hoops that the local government would make you go through to get contractors to your house. If it was a roof unit that some neighbor deems ugly you could probably get into a big mess for that as well.

But if you're replacing an existing unit there's no red tape involved.

New installation.

We called a contractor around 6 in the evening, and had the whole thing installed and inspected by about 2 the next day.

That's great.

In contrast, we were delayed in moving into our house for three weeks because the city inspector didn't approve the community landscaping sprinklers until they were changed to a drip system. Because of that, the city wouldn't release a Certificate of Occupancy to the gas company to get our meter installed
