They are not quite there yet.

You have to account for the fact that a shit ton of professionals live there too. I would estimate major metropolitan areas have electorates where from 5-20% of the population are definitely not democrats. Their votes don't count because of the electoral college, however. When you look at those election maps stacked by voter turnout, consider that a huge number of people who live in cities don't even vote because it's pointless for them.

Of the democrat voters in the cities, a lot of them are white, and the relationship between whites and the democratic party is about done by this point. It's just a matter of time before they realize how stupid it is fighting for your own disenfranchisement, dispossession, and eventual genocide for the sake of a bunch of ungrateful, locust-like nonwhite immigrants who just want your stuff.

People keep telling me the elites are going to bring on a great depression to keep from losing power and maybe shake Trump out of office. I say: fucking great! Imagine what will happen when you finally kill the corporate career illusion and people are completely cold turkey from the corporate-statist system.

You will see a shaking out like no other. Functional, normal people will flee the cities because cities have nothing to offer free human beings any longer.

There is something much deeper going on than just a political realignment in America, or a social paradigm shift in western civilization.

We have to let this play out, but at the same time we have be willing to fight for our own ideals and principles. Personally, I don't think the left has a future. That doesn't mean I think we can just sit back and do nothing, or run away like little girls because some Marxist dingbat waitress wins a House seat in New York.

Somehow, we all need to find like-minded people. Form tight-knit communities. Build those communities out away from the cities.

We can still produce things. We can still invent. We can innovate. We don't need cities to do all that any longer.

I think Zlaxer is in the northeast. I can see how things can look pretty bleak when you're hearing calls for forced diversification of Vermont because it's too white.
