In a way, I think you can blame the GOP for bringing Socialism to the USA. It used to be that your political struggle was between liberalism and conservativism. By adopting most of the goals of the liberals the conservatives are driving the Democratic party further to the left. Pair that with mass immigration from Latin America and you set the stage for a populist Socialist movement.

It's entirely the American right's fault. When you get a couple of generations of right-wing retards calling everything from unions and welfare states, to just raising taxes "Socialist", it's completely natural that younger generations grow up to think that if the spectrum of Socialism really goes from capitalist sponsored welfare state to Soviet style totalitarianism, they think they picked the nice Socialism.

What neither the right wing retards or the left wing retards seem to understand is that the majority of those Americans who today call themselves "Socialist", aren't. They are "Socialist" in the same way all of us here "really"(according to some) are racist, nazi, cisgender homophobes...

Yeah, I think GloryofGreece posted that in another thread. The gay guy who commented that alot of "Socialist" policies have been implemented in succesful countries is a perfect example of what I'm talking about.

At least the people understand that they'll be doing the paying. Outside of this forum, I'd think alot of Americans actually would be ok with higher taxes for more public services.

Edit: Guess "alot" is right if they rich.. Alot do want them to pay more than they do now:

The US has had several economic crashes. Marxists never took over. Though they've tried.

We need anymore talk in here about packing up and leaving when they try again.

We've never have a marxist infiltration like we have now....

We've never been invaded by the underclass from socialist countires like we are now......

Weve never had public debt like we have now....

We've never had an automation problem like we have now....

Our present social economical state is unlike anything we’ve faced in the past....
Where are you going to go?

You’re acting like im leaving my country when, in reality, my country left me - the Boomers sowed the seeds of destruction - there is no stopping this - you can shout, cry, punch shit - but in the end - the US is headed to totalitarian centralized government - you can try to make a last stand, but what does that get you? There will be no resistance because most americans want a fucking nanny state...every year marxists get bolder and make more gains....they flood our nation with proles who feel entitled bc they've been told by the leaders of their own countires (and by the left) that theyre poor because white anericans fucked them for decades....im told on a daily basis by the news,tv, and academia that i am inherently evil simple because im a white male -

To answer youre original question, I will go to where I am not hated for being who I am, and where I will not be taxed into oblivion to the benefit of marxist poloticians.

https://www.bloombergquint.com/business ... -opponents
Democrats are hoping a blue wave of support will carry them to victory in this fall’s elections. In the meantime, they’ve caught a green wave of cash—the torrent of money pouring into Democratic campaign coffers helped 73 House candidates outraise Republican incumbents and opponents in races for open seats in the second quarter, a Bloomberg analysis of Federal Election Commission data shows. The more candidates the Democrats can field with the means to run competitive races, the larger the potential blue wave could be, if, as most experts anticipate, a motivated anti-Trump electorate shows up to vote in November. Democrats need to pick up 23 seats to retake control of the House.

This is what happens when a state is about to go full marxist...

No. It's the fault of parents that didn't teach their children that stealing is wrong. They grow up to be adults that don't think stealing is wrong. Then you get a society that believes it is okay to take according to need with no regard for ownership.
