I made roasted pork loin with a cider, apple and mustard sauce tonight. Known generically as "porc Normande". You can substitute calvados apple brandy for the cider if your budget allows.

BBQ isn't just cooking over some "red-hot" embers, that is grilling. BBQ is an entirely different, it is to roast or broil on a rack or revolving spit over or before a source of heat.

What people here are mistaking BBQ and Smoking are two entirely different things, and I really wish people would stop making fun of me because I know the fucking difference.

It’s only a difference depending on which part of the country you live in and which dialect you speak.

In the West, “grilling” is BBQing and “BBQing” is smoking.

Well in CA everything is backwards
