So a year+ late and many dollars short, the game is what it should have been at first launch.

I never understood the problems with the first(?) one anyway based on what I saw and read. Seemed dope idk. I'm still over here playing Morrowind and One Punch Man'ing the map on level 60 with a rusted fork.

The answer is simple. It was meant to take hundred + hours to get to the center of the universe or some such nonsense.

Instead it took 24 hours if that in some cases.

I thought the premise was that people understood they were buying an unfinished universe when they got it the first time. Why would an autist care about a complete and finished project anyway? They are too concerned with out jewing the loot boxes.

The good news is that it looks like you can actually play that game with him if you guys purchase No Man's Sky.
