I don't think I'm in favor of this. I smell too broad of powers for the Police State.
It's just virtue signalling. The cops and other state-sucklers don't GAF if there is any new legislation; things are just fine, thankyouverymuch.
We already have perfectly fine laws in place that nobody seems to care about.

Fire and imprison the police and public officials who conspire with Antifa.

The problem is that smashing a club into a woman's face because you do not like her hat used to result in an automatic and brutal street beat down, and nobody -- especially not the police -- gave a fuck about what happened to you after you committed an assault like that.
Imagine somebody doing that in 1950s America. Just flat out smash a woman in the face because she was wearing an I Like Ike pin. Imagine what would happen.

Probably did see a lot of women doing that in the 1950s, come to think of it.
