Sounds like you've managed to profile 11 million of them, and their future prospects. You are a wondrous being.
Nobody in the developed world actually needs immigrants now. We are automating everything, jackass.
But that doesn’t fit the narrative either.

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nat ... /71517072/More than half of the nation's immigrants receive some kind of government welfare, a figure that's far higher than the native-born population's, according to a report to be released Wednesday.
About 51% of immigrant-led households receive at least one kind of welfare benefit, including Medicaid, food stamps, school lunches and housing assistance, compared to 30% for native-led households, according to the report from the Center for Immigration Studies, a group that advocates for lower levels of immigration.
Those numbers increase for households with children, with 76% of immigrant-led households receiving welfare, compared to 52% for the native-born.
The findings are sure to fuel debate on the presidential campaign trail as Republican candidates focus on changing the nation's immigration laws, from calls for mass deportations to ending birthright citizenship.
Most of them require welfare assistance, when requiring welfare in every other fucking country is grounds for deportation.
Then there is this:
https://www.npr.org/sections/goatsandso ... -than-everThese annual "remittances" — as they're called by analysts — topped $69 billion in 2016, according to central bank data compiled in a new report by the Inter-American Dialogue, a Washington, D.C.-based think-tank. The money has been a lifeline for the national economies of many countries in the region since at least the 1990s, when Manuel Orozco, a political scientist who authored the report, first began tracking remittances. They climbed steadily since then, only to plummet when the Great Recession hit the U.S. economy in 2008. But they began to rise again in 2012. The 2016 tally is the highest amount on record and an increase of nearly 8 percent over 2015.
These people are coming here to colonize our nation. They are bleeding our welfare system dry -- a system they failed to pay a fucking penny into. So while you are buying their clothing, rent, food, and expensive education for their children, they are sending fucking 70 billion dollars back to Mexico.
That's otherwise known as stealing. Fuck you and fuck your bullshit narrative. These are the facts.

As opposed to 35% of Americans on welfare. The difference isn't as big as you think.
And are you discussing illegal immigrants, or legal ones? Because illegal immigrants can't make minimum wage... wait for it... BECAUSE THEY'RE FUCKING ILLEGAL.
Uhhh wut? Scandanavia begs to differ. Do you have any sort of source for that statement? Most of them require welfare assistance, when requiring welfare in every other fucking country is grounds for deportation.
Do you think they'd still be sending money home to their families, if they could bring their families here? Then there is this:

No, the DoE doesn't need to get involved with education, what I appreciate is that an education from the US is superior than from India.SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Thu Jul 05, 2018 5:06 pmSeems you love the DOE after all. How about a Chinese doctorate? A British one? German engineering degree?

Depends on what we are talking about.
A doctorate in applied or theoretical physics? Fuck the USA. They are doing applied metaphysics here. It's already a dark age in American physics. You need to go to Europe if you want to do real science. They are making all the advances now. We are just publishing Star Trek fan fiction as working papers here.
We are still pretty strong in things like computer science.
If I wanted to study philosophy, I would go to Europe as well, and learn from the people who learned from the people who learned from the actual philosophers I am studying. If you want to learn about Heidegger, would you rather learn from an American or some German dude who sat in one of Heidegger's courses?
The institution means fuck all. That's the dirty secret of academia. What matters is who is teaching you. Don't look for the institution. Look for the professor you want as your advisor and mentor.
