I cannot find it right away, but somebody put a YouTube video up that showed how the propaganda works in that cartoon. For example, you have female superheroes who rarely get hit, but violence against males is funny. Males need to be saved by the females, are stupid, etc.
Maybe they were off. Not sure. I wouldn't pay money for this Hollywood cancer any longer to find out.
The kids are actually the ones that save the day in the end, anyway. Just more pro-children, pro-family propaganda to be honest. Still enjoyed it despite their obvious attempts to suggest family is what really matters
I liked Incredibles 2 better than the first one, and I thought it was excellent.
A story focused on women made it different, and I've always wondered how-the-hell being elastic would help as a super-power? But Brad Bird came up with some GREAT and clever examples. The bad-gal was great. The baby was great. The teen-angst female was stunningly well-written, and by a guy too?! The mom was clearly torn between family and being the lead. Good stuff.
