Yes. That is how the cultural Marxists in the FBI occlude the fact that women rape just as much as men, if not more so. When you move the stats for that back to the rape category, women are about even with men in terms of sexual.assault and rape.

However, unlike the feminist narrative's obvious falsehoods about it being difficult for women to report rape, it is actually extremely difficult for men to report being raped by women since they can easily be imprisoned for their own rape when they do. Thus I suspect the true incidence pegs women at a considerably higher rate of rape and sexual assault.
