So fucking stupid... You just never cease to amaze.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Fri Jun 22, 2018 10:17 amA nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.

The social programs are overwhelmed because these people are living like outlaws, working for far less than a legal citizen would be paid. How is this confusing to anyone?Zlaxer wrote: ↑Fri Jun 22, 2018 10:16 amSuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Fri Jun 22, 2018 10:14 amNo, I'm stating that more citizens is not a negative. We don't "need" them, but we don't "need" to exclude them, either.
How can you say that we don't need to exclude them if we have no need for them and our social programs are already overwhelmed?

Explain it....massive wave of Central Americans on a daily basis...and you say let them all in....how is that not open borders?SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Fri Jun 22, 2018 10:17 amI never proposed "open borders". This should be pretty simple for anyone to grasp, I'm not sure why you're struggling with it.

I've said more than once, that we should keep the ones that we can identify with a clean record.Zlaxer wrote: ↑Fri Jun 22, 2018 10:21 amExplain it....massive wave of Central Americans on a daily basis...and you say let them all in....how is that not open borders?SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Fri Jun 22, 2018 10:17 amI never proposed "open borders". You won't hear that argument on Faux News, so your programmed talking points aren't really going to cut it.

And making them citizens will do what exactly to alleviate that? Increasing the number of people making min wages means more people contributing to social programs than consuming?

OK - so be cause we'll take anyone but Criminals - that means we don't have open borders....got it....so how would that not lead to Middle America paying for the worlds poor?SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Fri Jun 22, 2018 10:22 amI've said more than once, that we should keep the ones that we can identify with a clean record.Zlaxer wrote: ↑Fri Jun 22, 2018 10:21 amExplain it....massive wave of Central Americans on a daily basis...and you say let them all in....how is that not open borders?SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Fri Jun 22, 2018 10:17 amI never proposed "open borders". It offsets the cost, when workers are paying into the system. That's kinda how welfare works.Zlaxer wrote: ↑Fri Jun 22, 2018 10:23 amSuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Fri Jun 22, 2018 10:20 amThe social programs are overwhelmed because these people are living like outlaws, working for far less than a legal citizen would be paid.
