I've lost count, I think this is................. seven ? bureaucrats in the FBI - DOJ that have resigned or removed from positions since Congress really started looking into this.

NOTE:
This Congressional Oversight is happening because in 2016 Admiral Mike Rogers of the NSA, went to the FISA Court and reported that he was aware the FBI and DOJ were lying to the courts to get warrants. The Inspector General Investigation is a result of that revelation. Congress got involved when the IG started reporting back the disturbing things he was finding in his investigation.
