Prolonging the death will flood the meat with adrenaline. The laws are kind of stupid as it is. Nobody wants to eat beef from a cow that suffered. Anything we consider "inhumane" likely renders the meat worthless.

Don't neglect the little-known common law "Podesta exception" to the statute. It only applies in cases of harvesting adrenochrome, though. Sort of a niche market.

Re: Preparing for Uncertainty and Self Reliance
The rules may be different for home slaughtering for personal consumption which is why I asked Carlus if it were the same as in the UK.The most notable of these requirements is the need to have an animal completely sedated and insensible to pain. This is to minimize the suffering to the point where the animal feels nothing at all, instead losing a consciousness from which they will never awaken. This differs from animal to animal as size increases and decreases. Larger animals such as bovines require a stronger method than chickens, for example. Bovines require electronarcosis or something equally potent, though electronarcosis remains a standard. The bovine would have a device placed on their head that, once activated, sends an electric charge that efficiently and safely stuns them
For legal reasons, we are not threatening to destroy U.S. government property with our glorious medieval siege engine. But if we wanted to, we could. But we won’t. But we could.

Interesting that the UK cares more about the welfare of a cow than a human child.

Installed a rabbit fence around my garden - complete with a working gate.
The cedar fence is “decorative”.

I will never understand the mentality... I want to do something with my property - better check with Daddy G, first? We intentionally didn't buy in HOA-ville, because I don't want to get anyone's opinion on if I can have a garden, a pool or a compost pile.
Why are all the Gods such vicious cunts? Where's the God of tits and wine?

Nice big plot. I can't have an in-ground garden. Not many vegetables do well in sand. We are going to build a 4 x 8 raised bed.SuburbanFarmer wrote: ↑Sat Jun 09, 2018 10:45 amInstalled a rabbit fence around my garden - complete with a working gate.

You don't think they can jump over that?

Seriously though, looking good.
I emptied out the rain barrel this morning soaking the back 40 of le jardin de Fife. It's already hotter than two rats fucking in a wool sock down here.

Lots can be grown in that sand.
First of all, look at what Florida farmers have been growing all this time. Most of that you can grow.
Secondly, do some research on how the Natives used to farm (i.e. Calusa). I am fairly certain you can use the three sisters method there too.
