We have been down this road in the 1970s under Nixon and Nixon was smart enough to resign before getting impeached/indicted.
Good to know you are so much smarter than all the legal scholars who have been having this debate since 2016, when all the liberals were screeching that she should pardon herself the moment she is sworn in as prez. They can't agree, but you are absolutely sure.
Why are all the Gods such vicious cunts? Where's the God of tits and wine?

And Bill Clinton wasn't and you lionize him for it, nominated his wife for President so lesson learned I guess.

Expect that back in 1974 the DoJ ruled the president can't pardon himself.
However, as Bloomberg reporter Steven Dennis pointed out, that wasn't the case at the end of former President Richard Nixon's time in office. "Under the fundamental rule that no one may be a judge in his own case, the president cannot pardon himself," the Department of Justice declared in 1974. The DOJ spelled it out just four days before Nixon resigned, explaining that the president's pardoning power "does not extend to the president himself".

That's a legal opinion of a lawyer. The president's power to pardon was just written in there with little to check it.

The Constitution is not some magic document written by gods. The whole idea was a mistake.

So you like having a president who can pardon himself of his crimes?

This is nothing but another gas lighting campaign.

There won't be a pardon because there won't be an indictment.

Jumping ahead to pardon is an attempt to pretend as though their years long derangement is legitimate. Too many people were saying all of this has been a farce, so they're trying to force the impression of legitimacy.

+1

These people are attempting to destroy the foundations of our legal system. The presumption of Innocence.

Because Trump is guilty of beating the establishment game, they have convinced themselves he is guilty of real crimes.
