Every time one of these comes up they say the gun went off. Remember the teacher who fired a shot in a classroom a couple months back? Guy points a pistol at the ceiling and pulls the trigger. News says the gun went off.

Similar thing when a soldier flagged another soldier with an army robot several years ago. Reports said the robot acquired a friendly target. It wasn't autonomous, it was remotely operated. The robot didn't acquire a target, its operator did.
