Time for FBI and CIA Reforms

The first reform has already been issued. The Military will be taking over background checks for most Federal Employees. Considering the FBI's tracks record in the last 15 years, it can't be worse............
Snowden, Election Chick in Georgia, Naval Yard shooter, Ft Hood Shooter, and it just goes on.

It was recently revealed that the CIA meddles with elections as SOP, an estimated 80 times in the last 70 years. Many people lament our meddling in Iran in the 50's and blame that on the current state of things in Iran. So, why do we allow this to go on ?

These agencies clearly feel they are above the law and above oversight. Time for reforms. But how, it wouldn't be easy............. or maybe it is.

We really need to lose the institutional memory, but I don't think it will happen until Congress does a massive turnover. The people need to shake the government. It won't shake itself. Trump can try, but he seems to just be replacing swamp creatures with different swamp creatures.

Yeah, it's recently been revealed that the FBI spied on Goldwater at the order of LBJ, and that GHW Bush had spies in the Carter campaign.

We need to realize that the Trump campaign spying is not an outlier, but SOP for leaders like Obama, Bush I and LBJ who are perfectly willing to politicize our intelligence agencies.

The CIA actually. They were concerned with his foreign policy stances and had to monitor him.
