It depends on who you're talking about. There are almost no black scouts, but the ones I knew were just fine creeping around in the dark. Shit beats walking around in the baking damn sun, plus sneaking up on people in the dark is fun. Cause in my experience, I walked away with the conclusion that blacks tend to be as uneasy in the outdoors, ESPECIALLY at night, as White people are in areas of Urban Decay.
Both are wilderness', with predators in their own way.
It might be different in the laundry corps or something like that, though.
