ABC again kills hit Sitcom over Politics LOL

Post by C-Mag » Tue May 29, 2018 11:26 am

ABC can run their company however they want, but it looks pretty damn foolish.
18 months ago they canceled Tim Allen's hit Last Man Standing because of politics, now they are killing their No 1 show, the Roseanne Reboot for the same reason

Fox picked up Last Man Standing for the Fall due to Fan support, I hope someone snatches up Roseanne too and ABC gets another lesson in the Free Market.

She said on the twitter that Valerie Jarrett looks like what would happen if the Muslim Brotherhood and Planet of the Apes had a baby.

:o  Wonder if she'll get a gig on Netflix?

Maybe they’ll receive that huge SJW appreciation cash payout ... like the NFL did.

While the politically correct celebrate another victory against “racism” or whatever (odd how progressives will tell you the war on terror is stupid because you can’t possibly defeat “terrorism”, but they then proceed with fighting “racism” every day), they completely fail to consider the 99.9% of the leftist crew and cast of the show that are now unemployed.

You stuck it to Roseanne, do-gooders.
And shot down 99.9% of your socio-political allies in the process.
Progressive victory!

I hear Roseanne apologized for saying
if “muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes had a baby=vj.” (Valerie Jarrett)
Roseanne said, I didn't mean to insult apes

GCF will be in here any moment to remind us that there should be a law that no one ever face consequences for what they post on social media, right?

Tim Allen said on late night over the Winter that current Hollywood is like 1936 Germany for anyone who isn't an SJW. Looks like he was right. ABC can do that, but they are going to lose money. I think Last Man Standing is going to be the Number One show when it airs this fall.

Freedom includes the right to make bad financial decisions. You won’t find me kvetching over Roseanne’s cancellation. I’ll just be laughing about the number of liberal Democrats from hair stylists to sound engineers to key grips that are unemployed because ABC is bending knee to the outraged Twitterverse.

Roseanne is gonna be fine.
Don’t know how the no-name set designers now out of work will fare.
But you know ... Progressive “victory”

+1
That's why there is a LOL in the title.
Fans are going to use the Tim Allen model to bring this back. Heck, argueably Roseanne was brought back by the fans, #BringBackRoseanne started in 2010 https://twitter.com/hashtag/BringBackRoseanne?src=hash

Hiring Roseanne is known quantity, she was always in trouble back in the day for wild comments. No surprise there.
