I'm against these Presidential Libraries, All of Them !
It's a waste of money to canonize people that are supposed to be public servants.

Yeah but their estates have to shelter all that bribe money somehow

C-Mag wants to warm his hands over the embers of presidential monuments to literature.

Were doing it on May Day and we're jumping over the fire naked followed by a drunken orgy.

There should be one librarycontaining documents from every presidency.
I would build it in the middle of nowhere and sell off the gaudy presidential libraries.

Probably should just all be archived in some dusty wing of the Smithsonian.Speaker to Animals wrote: ↑Tue May 15, 2018 12:24 pmThere should be one librarycontaining documents from every presidency.

That would be satisfactory to me.
You look at that Library design for Obama, it's a gaudy, oversized momument. Take a look at Hoovers
or even FDRs
They were libraries, not Monuments meant to canonize someone.

Disgusting display of greed & opulence.C-Mag wrote: ↑Tue May 15, 2018 10:44 amDoesn't look like everyone is an Obama fan in Chicago. A public parks advocacy group is suing to stop the construction of the Obama Social Justice Mega-Center and Presidential Library.

From the article:
Oy .... just one giant homage to their great savior. :hurl:The lawsuit says the original plan was to transfer public park land to the foundation for the purpose of housing an official federal Obama library, but that now the center will not include Obama's official presidential library.
On a side note, heard an interview on the radio today that the Lincoln Library is in trouble financially and will likely have to sell off some artifacts to stay solvent.

Is that place going to be the center for Obama's efforts to create a million Mini-mes?
