By making good decisions with their wealth I suppose. Stick a bunch of people good at making those decisions in the same room, and they might brainstorm some even better ideas than they did on their own.

The same way everyone else does. You get some people together, and you put together a plan, then you execute that plan, and the end result is the accomplishment of you goals. What's there to miss here?
